Sauber SA300DG Bandsaw

Incorporating a new saw bow with an advanced casting design, the semi-automatic SA300DG is a robust machine for high production environments cutting material as large as 260mm.

High-performance hydraulics will automate the cutting process from clamping to unclamping, and the machine can be run in manual mode for situations where operator control is required. Variable speed control also allows optimising the cutting for improved accuracy and blade life.

The complete cooling system from the high-performance pump with the capability to independently regulate the flow on both guiding heads and two additional adjustable outlets.

The coolant tank and pump are located at the base of the machine for easy and tidy access Automatic switch-off if the blade breaks or insufficient blade tension is detected.

All machines come with 3 bandsaw blades and 5L of Altdorf Glacier coolant.
