Sauber M300DG Bandsaw Machine

A higher capacity development of the smaller M280DG, the M300DG uses the advanced saw bow casting for optimum stability, providing accurate cutting and maximising blade life.

The design allows for wiring and coolant lines to be concealed inside the casting, minimising the potential for damage. While designed to be a durable and easy to operate machine, the M300DG is also engineered to be practical in the workplace, and is capable of cutting at angles between +60º and -45º.

Designed and built in Europe, this machine is built to last. Excellent vibration absorption from cast iron construction Simple cutting angle setting, plus pre-set stops at 45º, 60º & 90º Solid quick-clamping vice ensures easy and reliable material clamping Large diameter running wheels and precise three-side guiding for maximum blade life and cutting accuracy.

The use of over-spec running wheel bearings, tensioning wheel system and all rotary parts ensures the long service life of the machine Noiseless and maintenance-free band drive from the industrial electric motor and worm gearbox.

The complete cooling system from the high-performance pump with the capability to independently regulate the flow on both guiding heads and on two additional adjustable outlets Coolant tank and pump are located in the base of the machine for easy and tidy access.

All machines come with 3 bandsaw blades and 5L of Altdorf Glacier coolant.
