Designed for use in areas where setting changes need to be made frequently and available in two capacities to suit most engineering demands, these simple-to-install units allow minimum quantities of lubricant to be applied directly where needed. Applying too much lubricant is not only wasteful, but it can also adversely affect chip formation, and inadequate use of lubricant will certainly reduce blade life. Misting systems can deliver the optimum coolant quantities right where they’re needed. Produces a continuous output of precisely metered lubricants. Reduces the chance of biological contamination of the coolant. Despite the name, direct misting actually reduces the overall haze and spread of coolant through the wider workplace.
